Thanks to the generosity of our sponsors, the conference will offer approximately 40 student travel awards, each valued at US$800. All student authors are eligible to apply.
Eligibility
To be considered for a travel award, applicants must:
• Be a full-time student or postdoctoral fellow.
• Submit a completed application form.
• Provide a letter of support from their advisor, academic mentor, or department head. This letter should also describe the availability of other travel funding sources.
Note: Each advisor may support a maximum of two student applications.
Responsibility
Selected candidates are expected to participate in the four days of main conference sessions and social events, in addition to all scheduled activities on December 11, which include the laboratory introduction, forum, campus tour, and farewell dinner.
