Poster Size
The poster should be 841 mm*1189 mm (A0 Size), in portrait mode only.
Price (Macao Local Time)
Early-Bird: HKD 200 (Before 23:59 on Nov. 8, 2025)
Late: HKD 300 (From Nov. 9 to 23:59 on Dec. 1, 2025)
All the payments are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-cancellable.
Poster Guidelines
Format:
1) Format of the poster is in portrait mode only.
2) Mounting material to hang your poster will be provided.
3) Place a heading that runs the full width of the poster at the top in a large-sized type.
4) The poster should be readable from a distance of 1-1.5 meters.
5) Your name, Paper ID, School, or Affiliation should also be displayed on the poster.

You could either upload it at this portal or send it by e-mail to (TBA), with the subject line of "BigData
2025 Poster Printing file" no later than 23:59 on Dec. 1, 2025 (GMT+8, Macao Local Time).
Poster Pick-up
Posters will be distributed to Galaxy International Convention Center. And it can be picked up at the
registration counter during the conference during 9am -5pm on Dec. 8-11, 2025.
